Here are some recent party videos with Winston
April 25, 2009: So Winston hasn't tested positive for any allergies, but he does have asthma and probably some reflux, so when he can talk he can blame both Liz and I for those things. He's really improved this last week and has been eating more. We've switched him to rice milk which is more watery, helping him swallow it easier. The dr has also had us to try to fatten him up with whatever possible, encouraging us to feed him as much as possible, whenever possible, with fattening foods. Easier said than done. He doesn't like messy stuff, so for examples, he won't even eat a twinkie because of the messy twinkie crud in the middle. He doesn't like frosting on crackers. Picky picky. And he won't take amoxicillin because it's too think, even though it's like the most delicious medicine ever. For his ear infections he's having to get shots because he won't take the amoxicillin, so if that doesn't work than he'll have to get tubes in his ears.

April 12, 2009: We spent some time in the Emergency Room for the third separate event. This time Winston has had the flu, and has still had it up until last night. He can't hold anything down, and he was so dehydrated the other day that he became partially incoherent. So Liz took him to the ER so he could get an IV and fluids in him. He's been taking anti-nausea medication, but it hasn't helped him to keep anything down. I posted some pics in the April section so you can see the ER pics.
Mar 25, 2009: Holy Smokes! I finally did some updating. Enjoy some of the new pics for Dec '08, Jan '09, and some new Petunia and Zoey pics. Also, here is a link to my dad's website (click here) where he writes about the recent hero story of our Chihuahua Lily. I don't really like that dog, but she earned some serious points with this latest story.
Dec 5, 2008: Happy Holidays everybody! The season is going great here, hope yours is too. I posted some more pics of big Winston. He continues to grow and get into absolutely everything. He's trying so hard to talk. He's getting more sounds out of his mouth including a motor sound for when he pushes around his fire truck.
Oct 17, 2008: Holy smokes!! It's been forever since I've updated this hood. Well, let's do our worst. Puppy is huge. I've been in the mountains a ton. Liz is still beautiful and kicking bottom as an awesome mom and worker bee. Winston is keeping it real as a 1 yr old now. He's walking, getting his teeth knocked out (see Oct pics), and taking karate lessons.
May 1, 2008: As you can see from the pic above, Petunia is a little doll. But not little for long. She is right now almost 8 weeks old and about 11 pounds. She should hit somewhere up the 90's when she's done growing. She was the last available pup from a litter of 9. We got her from a great family in Highland. They own the parents and we were able to meet her mom and dad. We are excited to have a dog in the house other than a chihuahua now. Those dogs just don't cut it.
Winston loves her to death. Nobody can make him smile and laugh like his little sister Petunia. They're sure to be best friends, if Winston doesn't end up pulling all of her hair out!
Mar 30, 2008: We've been in our house now 3 weeks and it's been sweet. It's liberating to not be a tenant. But with that has come lots of projects. In our March pics you can see a pic of the new pantry we've built in our kitchen.
Winston (I call him Winstubbs now) is doing great. He's eating baby food now and fruit in addition to formula. He's running his mouth a lot now, flipping over onto his stomach, and learning to sit on his own. He's turning into our little comedian already. Be sure to check out the new March photos and the new videos in the video section.
